Returns and Refunds

Respiratory masks are personal items which due to health standards may not be exchanged or returned for resale.  Please consider your order carefully before placing it.  Once an order has shipped we do not accept returns for any reason. All sales are final.

Shipping Information

Typically we ship on Friday mornings.

In the US all orders ship by USPS Priority mail for the flat rate of US $9.00. Shipping will automatically be added during the check out process. USPS does not guarantee actual delivery dates for priority mail.

Canadian shipping by USPS doubled in price overnight.  I will be looking into other options and will reinstate shipping to Canada if and when I can find a reasonable option.

We include tracking with your purchase and this will show if a package is delivered to your address. We are not responsible for packages the USPS show as delivered to the address, but not received.  If this happens, please contact your local USPS first to see where they left the package.  If you still can't find the package then contact us and we will help in trying to find out what has happened to your package. 

For orders outside the US, please check our International Stores page to see the closest store that carries our products.   Due to problems with international shipping and customs we are not currently sending packages to individuals outside of the US.
